Home Hardware’s Overtime runs from 6pm to 7pm every Monday night live from Boston Pizza’s lounge in Swift Current and on The Eagle 94.1 FM.
On Monday we were joined by professional bodybuilder and trainer Lyris Cappelle who trained athletes for the Saskatchewan Mutant Provincial Bodybuilding Championships over the weekend. You can click here to see how our local athletes did. We also talked to a group involved in the growing Swift Current paintball scene. Later in the show we caught with Broncos Captain Adam Lowry on his new contract with the Winnipeg Jets and being named the Eastern Conference nominee for the Four Broncos Memorial Trophy awarded to the WHL Player of the Year.
Ryan Switzer, Terry Pavely and Shawn Mullin also discussed the big issues of the day in the local and national sports scene.
