Remember 1970?  That was the last time the Saskatchewan Roughriders started a CFL season with 4-straight wins.

The Riders won a thriller over Montreal, 41-33 in front of a home crowd Saturday night, thanks to a big interception late in the game by Defensive Back Lance Frazier.  Frazier said he was at the right place at the right time to collect a deflection by Defensive Tackle Jimmy Verdon.  Quarterback Darian Durant punched it into the end zone two plays later for the game-winning touchdown.

Head Coach Ken Miller called the win a "total team victory", saying he thanked his players after the game for the effort they put in and for fighting hard until the end.

There is some bad news, however, on the injury front.  Jon Chick left in the first quarter with an MCL injury, and he could be out for a month.

Next up are the Argonauts, and former Rider QB Kerry Joseph, next Sunday at Mosaic Stadium.
