Saskatchewan kids are not getting enough physical activity
Saskatchewan and the rest of Canada have once again received a failing grade when it comes to how active our kids are.
Just 12% of Saskatchewan kids meet the daily requirement for activity and the national average is even worse at 6.5%.
Saskatchewan In-Motion General Manager Cathie Kryzanowski says it's time to take action:
Kids need 60 to 90 minutes of physical activity every day. Even just walking to school counts, or raking leaves and playing in the yard.
