It's pretty and white, but it's also making for a tough time on the roads.

At least 4cm of snow fell on Swift Current overnight and about an inch more is expected by the end of the afternoon. Some highways around the city have some loose and swirling snow, and reduced visibility.

Much more snow is expected in other parts of southern Saskatchewan. A snowfall warning is in place for the south central and south east areas, with 10 to 20cm possible in those regions by tonight.
