The third party involved in the Southside Co-op robbery in April was sentenced in Swift Current Provincial Court yesterday.

Twenty-year-old Cody Anderson was facing charges of mischief, break & enter, and committing an indictable offence while having his face covered, in relation to the April 15th burglary.

The sentence proposed was 6 months less 1 month credit remand time. As such the sentence imposed was 5 months concurrent on all counts, and he also received a probation order for 1 year.  

All victim fines/surcharges were made payable forthwith so that he could serve them concurrently.

There was also an order to provide a sample of DNA.
