The Saskatchewan Teachers Federation said Thursday will be the last day of full job action by the 12,000 teachers in the province.

Starting Monday, new tactics will be brought in to play. Teachers will only work during school hours and are refusing to take part in extra-curricular activities.

STF president, Steve Allen says they have agreed to go back to the bargaining table.  The Teachers are calling for a 16% raise over three years and the province says that works out to about $320 million in extra wages.

Allen says he finds that number hard to beleive.

Although the two sides have agreed to continue negotiations, no date has been set for meetings.
