TM36 total
The final total for Telemiracle 36

The Saskatchewan tradition that is Telemiracle returned as it always did in 2012, but this year's 36th-annual telethon was very special.

The whole province once again came together to help those in our communities with special needs, and there was strong support from the southwest, with the Swift Current Kinsmen and Kinettes raising over $18,000, and the Shaunavon Kinettes raising nearly $12,000 in their annual radiothon on CJSN 1490, as well, Swift Current's Central School Choir took the stage as part of a long lineup of local talent.

But it was the family of the late Roy Wudrick, a farmer from the Aberdeen area, who announced the biggest gift of all as the 20-hour telethon was wrapping up in Regina, a bequest of over $1.4 million, which was the largest single donation in the foundation's history, and helped Telemiracle 36 raise over $5.9 million to set a single-year record total.

Telemiracle 37 will be held in Saskatoon March 2nd and 3rd, 2013.
