It looked like the Broncos were going to fall victim to a hot goaltender again, but they stuck with it to defeat Kamloops and improve their record on home ice to 7-1.

Down 1-0 in the second period, the Broncos finally got to Kamloops Goaltender John Groenheyde as Geordie Wudrick and Adam Lowry scored 36 seconds apart to spark a Broncos' victory.

The Broncos outshot Kamloops 17-3 in the second period to put the game in their favor.  Mike Brown and Brad Hoban scored third-period goals, while Michael Stickland added an empty-netter in the final minute.

The Broncos outshot the Blazers 40-25, as they improved to 7-5-0-1 on the season.

The Broncos host the division-leading Saskatoon Blades tomorrow night at the Credit Union iplex.
