The Swift Current Broncos have solved a crowded crease with training camp two weeks away.

The Broncos traded over-age goaltender Morgan Clark to the Prince George Cougars in exchange for a 7th round bantam pick.

Clark and Mark Friesen were slated as two returning over-age goaltenders moving into the season.  The move also gets the Broncos down to four 20 year-olds.  Friesen, Travis Bobbee, Justin Dowling and Stepan Novotny are the four on the roster.

“With two 20-year-old goaltenders, we have to move one of them. We hope Morgan gets an opportunity to be a number one goalie in Prince George," said Broncos Head Coach / GM Mark Lamb.
