The Saskatchewan Party's Everett Hindley is Swift Current's new MLA. With 100 per cent of ballot boxes reporting, he took 73.4 per cent of the votes.

Stefan Rumpel of the NDP was second with 24.2 per cent. Maria Lewans of the Green Party was third with 1.3 per cent, just ahead of the Liberal's Aidan Roy who had 1 per cent.

Hindley replaces now-retired Premier Brad Wall as the Swift Current representative in Regina.
