This is the 35th year for a Fathers Day Tradition in Swift Current. The soap box races will roll down Central Avenue starting at 10:00 am this Sunday, June 18 and the street will be closed for a few hours. The Salvation Army will also be on site with a concession stand and there's a 50/50 draw. Everyone is invited to bring their lawn chairs and come out to watch.

If you'd like to find out more and maybe have a child who's interested in being a soap box racer you can call Mike at 773-5102. Soap box racing is for kids age 7-15.
