Swift Current swimmer dives into a new role with the City

An ambitious Swift Current swimmer is officially diving into a well-suited job position.

Meghan Chisholm is now Aquatic Supervisor, removing the 'Acting' from her previous title. 

"It feels great," she said. "I'm excited; I've enjoyed the past few months working as the acting aquatic supervisor and now being able to take it on permanently is exciting."

Previously, she worked as a permanent fulltime lifeguard instructor 3, and is known for taking on challenges like swimming the length of the English Channel, Last Mountain Lake and Lake Diefenbaker. 

In this new position, Chisholm will oversee all programming, facility rentals, teaching advanced courses, staff training, facility budgeting and the day-to-day operations.
