The Saskatchewan Abilities Council has temporarily shut down Swift Current's SARCAN recycling depot.

     The depot will be closed today through Thursday in preparation for the grand opening of their new facility on Friday.

     The new building is located at Cheadle Street, just one block from the existing depot.
