Arnal 3-On-3 Hockey Tournament To Take Place In March

A 3-On-3 Hockey Tournament in memory of Blake, Sean and Lyndon Arnal will be taking place in March.

The tournament will be taking place in Eastend at the Eastend Rink Complex, March 14-15, 2015.

Chantal Henderson, older sister of the Arnal boys says the event is being put on in the hopes of making new memories.

"The whole reason behind doing this was both Lyndon's birthday is on March 18th and Blakes birthday  was on March 17th which tends to be a little bit of a tougher time. So we thought if we could surround ourselves with friends andd family it would maybe make it a little easier and we could just try and make some new memories"

Henderson says players of all ages are welcome.

"The teams will consist of 7 players and there is three age groups that will be playing. There will be kids 12 years old and younger, kids that are 13-18 years old and then adult teams as well. The Student teams are guaranteed 3 games and the adult teams are guaranteed 2 games."

A dinner and dance will also be taking place on the evening of the 14th at the Eastend Memorial Hall and tickets for that can be purchased at Eastend Agencies and Eastend Rexall.
