After stealing three spools of aluminium wire from a Swift Current City compound last fall, William Malinski was sentenced on charges of break and enter and theft in Swift Current Provincial Court Wednesday.
Malinski was fined $1200 for the total 1200 metres of aluminium wire stolen in an incident on October 9th.
He will be unable to leave his home without permission for the first six months along with a number of other conditions as part of his nine-month conditional sentence, and he will also serve a year of probation.
