gasmeter summer

SaskEnergy rates are going up, just in time for winter.

On Sunday, natural gas will go up 2.1% but the Saskatchewan Rate Review Panel has also approved a second increase for September 2014 of 1.2%.

It's part of long term planning for the Crown Corporation. What that means is for the average residential customer is that prices will go up about $1.46 per month this fall and then another 87 cents a month next fall.
